Drunk Chicken
(or for the more sophisticated palette, "Intoxicated Bird")
Ingredients
One whole chicken
Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning
a can of your favorite beer
Directions
Get a whole chicken from the grocery store.
Remove the innards.
Coat liberally with Tony Chacheres, inside and out.
Open a can of your favorite beer. Drink about a third of it.
Then, put about a tablespoon of Tony's in the beer.
Set the chicken on to the beer can.
Cook over a medium grill for one hour.
